Kristie Teer
Hi, my name is Kristie Teer (Formerly Gliniewicz). Kg Administrative Solutions has been in business now for since December of 2006. I previously worked as an Operations Manager for a low back pain clinic. Once the clinic downsized from 13 locations to just 1, I needed more of a challenge because I had been wearing several hats for more than three years. I started out part time as just a team member then advanced quickly to Site Manager. In just over a year I advanced once again to Operations Manager. As a start up company, the clinic was not departmentalized so I acted as the Systems Administrator for all Technology related issues, as the Human Resource Manager, Facilities Maintenance Manager, and Administrative Assistant to the VP of the Company. I was also in charge of equipment and supply purchases for each location.
When I decided to start my own business, my driving force was the fact that I knew I had talent and incredible experience when it came to Administrative work. I am the type of person that has a "can do" attitude and will do what it takes to accomplish a task. If I don't know how to do something then I will do whatever it takes to figure it out. This is a great way to learn new things and to grow. When I resigned as the Operations Manager for the clinic, I kept them on as a client and provided transcription service.
My career spans 20 yrs of exceptional work, no matter what positions I have held. I am a veteran, having spent 8.5 years in the United States Air Force. I would have stayed much longer but I had a small child with special needs and decided to separate so I was honorably disharged. I spent time in Panama, England, Italy, and Germany and learned a great deal about adapting to different cultures. In regards to work, I have a history of exceeding employer expectations and I have always been promoted in record time when the opportunity arose. I find great satisfaction in succeeding and being able to help people accomplish their goals. It is why I decided to put my skills to the test by creating my company. There is nothing greater than enjoying your job and looking forward to starting each day and interacting with clients.
